Talent Acquisition SpecialistTalent Acquisition Specialist is tasked with spearheading initiatives to attract top-tier talent from diverse demographic backgrounds across the nation. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays an integral role in the growth of our organization and brand recognition and awareness.Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:Forge and expand partnerships with academic institutions, community organizations, and career centers to bolster brand visibility and resonation among a broad range of demographic groupsDevelop and implement innovative approaches to connect with diverse demographic groups of potential talentAttend college career fairs and other targeted community events to attract top talent and build brand awarenessIdentify top talent through various sourcing techniques, including university partnerships, job boards, networking events, and social media platformsIdentify qualified talent by understanding job descriptions and qualificationsEstablish and maintain relationships with hiring managers, proactively reporting pipeline activity to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring decisionsDevelop innovative approaches to connect with and captivate diverse demographic groups of potential talentRepresent and promote the organization's culture and opportunities with confidence, positivity and enthusiasmPerform full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to extending job offersConduct market research to stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices; make recommendations on recruitment strategiesUtilize recruitment analytics to provide reports and insights to Director of HR on early career recruitment performance and effectivenessOther duties as assignedQualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience1+ years' experience in Recruiting, Sales or MarketingPrevious ATS, HCM and HRIS systems experience preferred; Oracle Cloud a plusStrong sales and marketing skills with the ability to exceed goals, both independently and in a team environmentHighly organized with the ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks and projectsStrong communication skills, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organizationAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing unmatched customer serviceProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media platformsAbility to read, write, and speak English fluently; Spanish a plus
