Associate Attorney - Medical Malpractice Defense

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2.5–5 years of experience defending medical malpractice claims to join our growing Florida defense practice. This primarily onsite role offers hybrid flexibility after 90 days, on a case‑by‑case basis. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salaries aligned with market and the insurance defense sector. Florida Bar admission required. Strong skills in depositions, case strategy, and trial preparation. Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills, with close attention to detail.
