Key Responsibilities Manage and execute multiple events simultaneously, ensuring each is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Develop and define event concepts, overseeing their conceptualization and implementation to ensure effectiveness. Monitor and control the event marketing budget, focusing on optimizing return on investment and achieving targeted promotional outcomes. Cultivate relationships with industry organizations to secure sponsorships, speaking engagements, and partnership opportunities that enhance company visibility and outreach. Act as a strategic liaison to the marketing and sales teams, providing guidance on event strategy, budgeting, and execution to support revenue growth. Conduct post-event analysis, including tracking key metrics and ROI, to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform future initiatives. Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience in event planning, management, or a related role, preferably in hospitality and hotel management Proven track record in managing multiple high volume events simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Demonstrated success managing a large event planning team, with strong capability in staffing, coaching, performance management, and building bench strength Expertise in project management and coordination, enabling effective execution of complex events. Experience in budget management, with a focus on ROI-driven promotional activities. Experience supporting C-suite or senior executive clients and stakeholders, with high discretion, responsiveness, and service recovery skills Excellent relationship-building skills to engage with industry organizations and secure sponsorships. Strong communication skills to serve as a liaison between marketing, sales, and external partners. Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in working with corporate marketing and sales teams. Familiarity with event marketing strategies and industry best practices. Ability to develop innovative event concepts and identify new partnership opportunities. A strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach and strong analytical skills for post-event ROI assessments.
