What You'll Do

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will help transform financial data into meaningful business insights while supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting monthly financial close activities and financial reporting

• Analyzing operating results and identifying key business trends

• Preparing forecasts, budgets, and financial models

• Developing management reports and performance dashboards

• Driving process improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations

• Supporting ERP systems and financial reporting enhancements

• Partnering with operations to improve profitability and performance

• Assisting with internal controls and GAAP compliance

• Performing financial analysis for strategic business initiatives

• Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline financial processes

Qualifications

We're seeking an individual who brings a strong combination of technical accounting expertise and operational finance experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA or CMA is a plus

• Approximately 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience

• Public accounting or audit background strongly preferred

• Manufacturing finance experience

• Job costing or cost accounting experience

• Strong understanding of financial reporting and internal controls

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, IFS, or JD Edwards

• Power BI experience is a plus

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
