Schedule: Friday to Tuesday, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Service Associate, where you will deliver friendly and professional guest service in a visitor-facing environment at a garden or exhibit setting. Your primary focus will be engaging with visitors, providing information about exhibits and garden features, and ensuring a positive guest experience in outdoor environments. You will support visitor flow, monitor exhibit areas, and assist guests with inquiries to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about exhibits, events, and garden features
• Monitor exhibit areas to support a positive guest experience
• Respond to visitor inquiries and support guest engagement
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in exhibit and guest areas
• Assist with visitor flow and crowd management as needed
• Operate within outdoor environments, following safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
• Offer bilingual assistance in English and Spanish to enhance guest interactions

Required Qualifications

• Customer service or guest-facing experience preferred
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
