Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using medical imaging and dental terminology.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including general dentistry procedures such as dental cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
• Conduct advanced procedures such as dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry as needed.
• Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed using aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions while fostering trust and client communication skills.
• Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize workflow efficiency and patient comfort.

Skills & Clinical Experience

• General dentistry and comprehensive treatment planning
• Molar Endodontics / Root Canal Therapy
• Dental implant placement and restoration
• Surgical and complex extractions
• Third-molar (wisdom tooth) extractions
• Alveolar bone preservation / socket grafting
• Oral surgery and minor surgical procedures
• IV sedation — certification/experience strongly preferred
• Diagnosis and management of dental emergencies
• Digital dentistry and intraoral scanning
• Strong patient communication and treatment presentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, growing practice
• Team-oriented with excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
