Tropical Ford is hiring an experienced Estimator to join our Collision Center! If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to grow with a high-performing team, this is a great opportunity to build your career with a trusted dealership.

What You'll Do

Write accurate and efficient repair estimates based on vehicle damage
Communicate directly with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process
Provide updates and ensure a smooth, stress-free customer experience
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and proper repairs
Maintain detailed documentation on all estimates and customer interactions
Support daily production flow and help the team meet performance goals

Qualifications

1+ year of estimating or collision repair experience (DRP experience preferred)
Knowledge of repair procedures and OEM guidelines
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license
