Customer Experience Coordinator

Job Location: Support Center - BLUE ASH, OH 45242 Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly Reports to: Customer Experience Manager Classification: Full-Time / Non-Exempt / Hourly / On-Site Position Overview The Customer Experience Coordinator will be responsible for managing large amounts of inbound calls and Help Desk tickets in a timely manner. They will identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions. In addition to offering support to customers, this position can serve as the primary contact between the stores and the customer. Seeking motivated professionals with a strong customer service background. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers. Must have the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment handling up to 100 calls and/or Help Desk tickets a day.
