Registered Nurse -ClinicReports To: Clinic Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Location: All ClinicsPOSITION SUMMARYClinic nurses provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various healthconditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members. Responsible towork with providers to deliver high-quality and cost-effective personalized care to patients at the healthcenter. Perform duties under the direction of the physician.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.• Appropriate training, direction, and guidance will be offered within the employee's scope ofpractice in order for the employee to competently perform duties assigned under the discretion ofthe supervising providers, managers, and executive team.• Health promotion-particularly smoking cessation and weight reduction• Apply AIDET to all patient interactions• Duties include providing all services within a Family Practice setting. Specific duties wouldinclude, but are not limited to: taking patients back to exam rooms and preparing them forNP/PA/MD; take vitals (blood pressure, temperature, weight, etc.) and personal information a
