Physical Therapist AssistantJob Type: Onsite - Full TimeLocation: Santa Cruz, CAKey Responsibilities:Deliver skilled patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.Assist with treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and promptly.Maintain safe and clean treatment areas and equipment according to OSHA guidelines.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure outstanding care.Participate in continuing education, clinical in-services, and team meetings.Support the operations of the center while fostering a collaborative and positive environment.Qualifications:Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program (or equivalent education).Current valid State PTA license/registration/certification.CPR certification and commitment to ongoing professional development.Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.Physical ability to lift patients, move equipment, and perform daily duties safely.Physical Requirements:Lift up to 50 lbs independently.Frequent walking, bending, standing, and reaching.Clear vision and hearing to maintain accurate records and provide safe patient care.Push wheeled equipment and participate in sustained activities during shifts.Benefits: All Standard benefits.Contact: View phone number on click.appcast.io or Email: View email address on click.appcast.io
