Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of Direct Shipment operations, including securing direct orders through the Reverse PO process, executing container diversions, issuing return authorizations, and responding to inbound inquiriesConduct Reverse PO simulations to develop containerized orders aligned with customer forecasts and business requirementsCollaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to confirm and secure orders based on Reverse PO simulation resultsMonitor and track orders throughout the end-to-end process to ensure on-time and accurate deliveryEnhance order visibility and operational performance by preparing and sharing reports on direct shipment rates and on-time delivery metricsExecute container diversions and manage return authorizations to support timely delivery and cost optimizationDrive continuous improvement by partnering cross-functionally to identify and implement process and system enhancementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or relevant field3+ years relevant experienceBilingual in English and Korean preferredStrong relationship builderExcellent data analysis skillsOutstanding communications skillsSolid business acumen#LI-DR1Recruiting Range$75,000—$85,000 USDBenefits Offered Full-Time Employees:No-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.Auto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with several investment options.Generous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time.
