Are You Our Next Operations Leader? Material Planning & Warehouse Supervisor

This isn't your average supervisor role. You will be the central hub of our operations, the leader who ensures our production engine runs without a single hitch. You will be tasked with orchestrating the seamless flow of materials, transforming complex supply chain challenges into streamlined successes.

Key Responsibilities

• Command the Flow: Take charge of our daily warehouse and material planning operations, ensuring every component is in the right place at the right time.
• Be the Inventory Guru: Champion flawless inventory accuracy through cycle counts, system optimization, and meticulous control procedures. You'll be the guardian of our assets.
• Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team: Guide, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of warehouse and planning professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
• Solve the Puzzle: Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to anticipate needs, solve critical shortages, and obliterate operational bottlenecks.
• Drive the Future: Identify and implement game-changing process improvements that boost productivity and drive our operations toward peak efficiency.

Required Education & Qualifications

• A proven track record (3-5 years) in warehouse operations, material planning, or supply chain management.
• Natural leadership ability, with prior supervisory experience highly valued.
• Deep expertise in inventory management, material flow, and modern warehouse processes.
• Tech-savvy skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• An unstoppable drive to solve problems and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative spirit and the communication skills to build bridges across departments.
