We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and self-motivated Brand Ambassador to serve as the face of our company throughout New Jersey. Position Summary The Brand Ambassador is responsible for representing and promoting High Grass Farms to consumers, dispensary staff, buyers, and industry professionals. This role focuses on educating customers about our products, increasing brand awareness, supporting retail sales initiatives, and strengthening relationships within the cannabis community. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, strong time management, and a passion for cannabis education. Key Responsibilities Brand Representation & Consumer Engagement Serve as a positive and professional representative of High Grass Farms. Educate consumers on product offerings, consumption methods, and brand values. Conduct product demonstrations and engage consumers during dispensary pop-ups and community events. Represent the company at trade shows, grand openings, product launches, and industry events. Collect consumer feedback and share insights with leadership. Retail Relationship Development Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary managers, buyers, and budtenders. Conduct regular store visits within assigned territories. Ensure menus, displays, and marketing materials are accurate and up to date. Identify opportunities for additional product placements, displays, and educational programs. Assist in developing long‑term retail partnerships that drive sales growth. Education & Training Conduct budtender education sessions both in-person and virtually. Become knowledgeable on all company products, genetics, extraction methods, and manufacturing processes. Train retail staff on product benefits, differentiators, and selling points. Support product launches through educational initiatives and staff engagement. Sales & Marketing Support Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support account growth. Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and product placement opportunities. Assist with promotional campaigns and retail activation programs. Generate leads and identify opportunities for future business development. Administrative Responsibilities Maintain weekly schedules, route plans, and event calendars. Submit store visit reports, event recaps, and market feedback in a timely manner. Track account interactions and opportunities using company systems. Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and internal communications during business hours. Maintain accurate records of completed store visits, trainings, and events. Qualifications Required Must be 21 years of age or older. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout New Jersey. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional appearance and conduct. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and mobile applications. Preferred Previous cannabis industry experience. Experience in retail, sales, marketing, hospitality, or customer service. Experience conducting presentations or educational trainings. Existing relationships within the New Jersey cannabis industry.
