Case Resolution Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI (On-site)

Pay: $23.33/hr

TEKsystems is hiring a Case Resolution Specialist to support a local healthcare organization in Honolulu.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve member appeals and grievances
• Research member concerns and gather information from internal teams
• Conduct outbound calls with members and providers
• Document case findings and resolutions
• Ensure cases are resolved accurately and within required timelines

Qualifications:

• Customer service, call center, healthcare operations, or administrative experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to research and resolve complex issues
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Healthcare insurance or health plan experience preferred

This is a fully onsite position in Honolulu with free parking available. Candidates should be comfortable handling sensitive member issues and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.33 - $23.33/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
