Job Description At Main Event, our Bowl Attendant’s set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials. As a Bowl Attendant, you’re high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable so you can guide our Guests through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You’re an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and in using the various systems to successfully perform your job. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Uphold our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!) Welcome and engage with all Guests, acting as an ambassador of FUN Promote and recommend activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availability Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization Escort Guests to their lane and assist them with lane set up and ball selection Ensure Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards (gotta play safe!) Process payment transactions and welcome Guests back Maintain a clean and organized Bowl Desk and/or lanes; complete side duties Position Requirements Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required Guest‑focused mindset (We heart our Guests!) Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!) Salary and Compensation Salary Compensation is from $12.30 - $14.50 per hour. Salary Range: $15 - $16.50.
