Are you an organized, detail-oriented leader who enjoys creating systems, managing projects, and helping teams stay on track? Splash Summit Waterpark is seeking a Park Project Manager to oversee the organization, coordination, and daily operations of our Maintenance department.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative work, team leadership, scheduling, and department organization while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees.

As the Park Project Manager, you will work closely with the maintenance manager to organize tasks, coordinate staff, manage department systems, and ensure park cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.
Responsibilities
Department Operations & Organization

• Oversee daily operations of the Maintenance department
• Create and manage cleaning schedules, task lists, and department assignments
• Organize daily, weekly, and seasonal projects
• Ensure completion of department checklists and operational tasks
• Develop systems to improve efficiency, organization, and accountability
• Maintain department records and documentation

Staff Leadership & Coordination

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training Park Services and Maintenance employees
• Build and manage employee schedules
• Assign daily responsibilities and monitor task completion
• Provide coaching, support, and performance feedback to team members
• Maintain communication between Maintenance and other departments
• Help create a positive and productive team environment

Administrative Responsibilities

• Track department expenses, receipts, and budgets
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Coordinate purchasing and supply orders as needed
• Prepare reports, organize paperwork, and maintain department files
• Assist with planning seasonal preparation and operational needs

Facility Standards & Guest Experience

• Monitor park cleanliness and presentation standards
• Ensure guest areas, restrooms, attractions, and common spaces remain clean and organized
• Identify areas needing attention and prioritize corrective action
• Support overall guest satisfaction through strong facility presentation

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with scheduling, team coordination, or management preferred
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and seasonal operational hours
