You'll play a key role in managing inventory, coordinating materials, supporting field teams, and maintaining an organized warehouse that keeps the business running smoothly. Schedule Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Responsibilities include: Manage inventory of electrical materials, parts, tools, and supplies Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries Issue materials to service and installation technicians Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment Assist with purchase orders and vendor coordination Handle returns, warranty items, and deliveries Track inventory and backorders using company systems Work with the owner and team to forecast needs Help organize tools, equipment, and company vehicles What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of their work while collaborating with a small team. Qualifications include: 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or materials coordination is required Experience working in electrical, HVAC, construction, or other skilled trades is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership of processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Comfortable communicating and coordinating with technicians and leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
