Required Qualifications:

• Valid and current Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Minimum of one year of recent hospital-based therapy experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Familiarity with individualized treatment plans and multidisciplinary teamwork
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions for diverse hospital patients
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient outcomes
• Document treatment sessions and progress in accordance with hospital policies
• Provide education to patients and families on therapy objectives, home programs, and safety
