We are seeking a leader to help our growing, multi-generational Pacific Northwest congregation engage in Christ-centered, passionate worship. Responsibilities Collaborate with the Senior Pastor to… Cultivate meaningful, God-honoring gatherings Plan and lead worship services and special events Lead and develop the worship team Recruit and coordinate volunteers Qualifications Salvation, believer’s baptism, and continued spiritual growth Humble, relational, organized, and dependable Able to lead across generations and diverse backgrounds Agreement with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000 Musical ability (guitar or piano preferred) and experience leading worship Basic familiarity with worship tech (or willingness to learn) Additional Opportunity This role may expand into an Associate Pastor position for called & qualified candidates This can come with increased responsibilities and compensation #J-18808-Ljbffr Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
