Senior Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Engineer to join our team at our office in Houston, Tx on a full-time basis.What will you be doing?· Support the development of project-specific procedures for the implementation of work to be carried out by onshore & offshore personnel in accordance with Subsea 7 minimum standards. This may include some liaison directly with clients and subcontractors. · Identify suitable equipment to perform operational tasks offshore, checking all aspects of the equipment to ensure it is operated safely and efficiently with suitable certification provided to meet statutory regulations. Also liaise with vessel departments and third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit for purpose and fully compatible with offshore worksite. · Interfaces with associated subsea related disciplines and understands the interfaces within the project environment· Operate within standardized engineering policies, processes, and systems in the Business Management System BMS· Involved with meetings/correspondence with Clients, subcontractors, 3rd parties, etc. in a technical capacity.· Provide guidance to junior engineers and graduates similar/adjacent scopes in the project or department· Travel and work offshore or onsite on average 60 days per year, dependent on project requirementsWhat experience would we like you to have?Please note, if you don’t tick all the boxes below but feel you have some of the relevant skills and experience, we’re looking for, please do consider applying.
