Collections Specialist

Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Manage business-to-business (B2B) collections and follow up on outstanding accounts. Review accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection activities. Contact customers via phone and email to resolve past-due balances. Research and resolve payment discrepancies, disputes, and billing issues. Document collection activities, payment commitments, and customer communications. Work cross-functionally with accounting, billing, customer service, and finance teams. Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate account records. Support cash flow objectives while preserving positive customer relationships. Assist with reporting, account analysis, and month-end activities. Escalate delinquent accounts as needed and recommend appropriate resolution strategies.
