Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide vital sign measurements and report any changes to the nursing team

• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including restocking supplies and maintaining infection control protocols

• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop and implement patient care plans

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
