Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Java Developer with a strong emphasis on back-end development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in Java programming, with a deep understanding of AWS services and API integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications with a focus on back-end architecture.
- Develop robust, scalable, and secure APIs to support front-end functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
- Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability.
- Ensure the application meets the highest standards of security, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and effective.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in Java programming.
- Proficiency with AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
- Strong expertise in back-end development with a solid understanding of front-end technologies.
- Extensive experience in designing and developing APIs.
- Familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
