Registered Dental Hygienist Location: Oregon, OH Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Wednesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm Compensation Hourly Rate: $42–$50/hour Annualized Compensation: Approximately $87,360 – $104,000/year (based on full-time schedule) Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join a modern, well-established practice committed to delivering high-quality, concierge-level care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment with 50-minute appointment times and a strong flow of new patient exams, allowing you to provide thorough, comprehensive care while building meaningful patient relationships. You will be supported by a highly engaged clinical team and have access to ongoing professional development, including participation in a Hygiene Executive Committee that helps guide clinical excellence and growth. Located in Oregon, OH, this community offers a great balance of suburban comfort and accessibility to the greater Toledo area, with parks, waterfront access along Lake Erie, and a strong sense of community.
