The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle cash and electronic payments accurately and responsibly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process.
• Operate cash registers, process cash and card payments accurately and efficiently.
• Scan items and ensure prices are correct and discounts are applied appropriately.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate as necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
