IAM Product Manager

Position: IAM Product Manager Location: Atlanta, GA Required Skills Define and manage the IAM product roadmap, including feature prioritization and release planning. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, PAM, and IGA. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features. Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and NIST. Oversee integration of IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Saviynt, Delinea, Ping Identity) with enterprise systems. Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain documentation including product specifications, process flows, and governance models. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management. Proven track record in IAM product management and solution delivery. Strong understanding of IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, PAM, IGA, and CIAM. Experience with platforms such as Okta, Saviynt, Delinea, Ping Identity, and Azure AD. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security standards.
