If you thrive at the intersection of finance and strategy, this is your opportunity to lead with purpose.What You'll do as Credit ManagerCredit Management Evaluate and approve credit for new and existing customers, assessing risk while supporting business growthSet and adjust credit limits based on financial health, payment trends, and market conditionsDevelop and enforce credit policies to ensure compliance and alignment with company goalsPartner with Sales and Finance to balance revenue objectives with risk mitigationCollections & Dispute Resolution Monitor aging reports, prioritize high-risk accounts, and implement targeted collection strategiesNegotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining strong customer relationshipsResolve complex invoice disputes by collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and FinanceProcess Improvement & Reporting Streamline credit and collections processes through automation and best practicesPrepare financial reports (credit exposure, performance) using SAP and Power BIEnsure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and global credit policies (including coordination with international teams)Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as the escalation point for high-risk accounts, driving timely resolutionsCollaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to improve customer experience and support business objectivesStay ahead of industry trends to enhance credit and collections operationsRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field7 or more years of experience in finance or accountingHands-on experience in developing credit policies, reducing DSO, and improving cash flowHigh proficiency with the use of MS office, especially Excel and Power-Point (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)Proven expertise in SAP with hands-on experience in AR modules, credit management, and collections workflows including working knowledge of relevant T-codesProficiency in credit softwareAbility to travel 5% of the time within the United StatesPreferred qualifications:A Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.)Experience with Bectran credit softwareLesaffre provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
