(Based on years of experience)Note: (Mileage reimbursement will be provided as per federal rate from base work location to other location)Job Details:The Patient Services Representative (PSR III) represent the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.The Phlebotomist III is responsible for providing coverage at multiple locations for multiple roles.Phlebotomist I must ensure that daily activities of the Patient Service Center/Mobile/Long Term Care/In-Office Phlebotomy are completed accurately and on time.PSR III will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service center or as business needs dictate.Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.Job Responsibilities:Perform safe, accurate venipuncture and capillary blood draws, including pediatric and geriatric collectionsConduct clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing following established proceduresPrepare, label, verify, and process specimens for laboratory testingVerify patient demographics, initials, and obtain patient signature post-venipuncture to confirm correct labelingClearly explain procedures to patients to ensure comfort, trust, and confidenceMaintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standardsPerform daily duties accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisorMaintain a clean, safe, and professional work environmentDemonstrate leadership behaviors, process excellence, and confidentiality of patient informationJob Requirements:Ability to provide high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume settingDemonstrated professional judgment and decision-makingReliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)Willingness to follow all company policies, including:Dress codeEmployee Health & SafetyEveryday Excellence Guiding PrinciplesFlexible availability to support staffing needsCommitment to company policies, dress code, employee health & safety, and Everyday Excellence principlesMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.Work Experience:3 years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.Customer service in a preferred retail or service environment.
