As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper. At Falcon Farms, we value quality, commitment, and, above all, our team. We will provide you with all the tools you need, including a planned route, to ensure success on every visit. Please watch a video about the activities and responsibilities of our merchandisers: What We Offer Pay: $17.00 per hour. Schedule: MO, WED, FRI: from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm; SAT: from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Paid training to become an expert in flower handling. Mobile phone allowance to stay connected. Transportation expense reimbursement per route. Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full‑time employees. Your Responsibilities Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive. Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory. Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities. Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers. Support during festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) by ensuring each store is prepared for increased demand. Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary. While working independently, support teammates with special activities when needed. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently. Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders. Walk and stand for most of the shift. Basic Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English. Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations. Internet access and a smartphone. Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
