Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability
• Control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Manage human resources, merchandising, and inventory control

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21
• Physical demands: over 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Prior retail management experience required
