Description

• Assess patients within inpatient or outpatient settings, tailoring individualized treatment plans to their specific needs

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
