WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A SUSHI COOK
- Set up cooking station
- Read orders and use recipes to make orders according to portion sizes, quality standards, and temperatures
- Clean, restock, and organize workstation during the shift and after the shift
- Maintain The Hamilton’s high standards for food safety and quality
