Missouri Licensed Loan Originator

To support a growing lending team, a full-time Missouri Licensed Loan Originator will originate real estate loans, establish relationships with customers and referral sources, and ensure compliance with lending guidelines, with the potential for remote work and a hybrid schedule in the future. Key responsibilities Originate real estate loans and analyze applicants' financial status to determine loan feasibility Establish and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources to generate leads Ensure timely processing of loan applications and maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines Required qualifications Must be a Missouri Licensed Loan Originator Experience in real estate lending or a related financial services field Knowledge of federal lending guidelines and compliance requirements Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and referral sources Strong organizational skills to manage multiple loan applications efficiently
