Position Summary

Kimberly Clark is seeking a seasoned Technology Lead - Coupa Source to Pay to join its Digital Core Transformation team. This role will focus on the design, configuration, and implementation of Coupa and SAP S/4HANA capabilities supporting procurement processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and experience driving enterprise-scale procurement transformations in a global, cross-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, documentation, testing, and delivery of Coupa Source to Pay capabilities, including integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Provide technical and functional expertise in SAP Source to Pay, including Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, and Collaborative Supply Chain.

• Gather and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and support WRICEF object development.

• Configure and implement Coupa solutions (global configuration, approval workflows, custom fields, chart of accounts, PO forms, catalogs, suppliers, users, roles, and permissions).

• Manage Coupa data loads (sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing, supplier, materials, accounting, catalog management).

• Oversee Coupa-SAP integration for transactional and master data interfaces.

• Prepare test cases, validate deliverables, and support client testing and UAT.

• Partner with IT, business stakeholders, consultants, and cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems with innovative IT solutions.

• Advise business partners on SAP solutions and their implications for procurement transformation.

• Drive outcome-oriented strategies and foster strong vendor and business relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chartered Accountancy; MBA/PG Diploma in Finance or IT preferred.

• 8-10 years of IT experience in end-user industry, consulting, or system integration.

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise procurement transformations.

• 7+ years of configuration experience in Coupa and SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay/Procurement/Materials Management.

• Experience across functional areas such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Order-to-Cash, and Finance desirable.

• Hands-on experience with Coupa configuration, testing, and implementation in global environments.

• Proven track record in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations, with analytics-led business transformation.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently in fast-paced, global, cross-cultural settings.

• Experience managing projects, teams, and vendor partnerships.

• Formal SAP functional training/certifications preferred.
