Job Responsibilities

• Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and establish personalized therapy strategies aimed at achieving overarching functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' physical capabilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Offer training to patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to ensure continued advancement at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatments: Monitor clinical outcomes meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans to keep patients progressing successfully.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and advanced certifications highly encouraged and supported

Licenses & Certifications

• Active OTR/L license
• Certification from the NBCOT required
