Fleet Mechanic II

Fleet Mechanic II- Irving, TXPerform scheduled preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), trailers, vans, electric pallet jacks and forklifts. Disassembles and overhauls motors, transmissions, clutches, rear ends and electrical systems. Complete all necessary documents, including vehicle records. Manage ordering and inventory of parts. Will act as a mentor to the class I mechanics. Shift and Schedule Monday - Friday 2:00PM to 10:30PM or when the work is complete Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as neededAbout YouWe are looking for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The employee will move to a higher rate of $31.96 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
