Assist with client management and upselling services or retail products. Offer personalized consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and foster lasting relationships through excellent customer service. Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in barbering, hair styling, and product knowledge to promote team growth and skill development. Skills Strong knowledge of hair coloring techniques, color theory, and advanced styling methods including hair extensions. Experience working in the beauty industry with a solid understanding of cosmetology practices and sanitation standards. Skilled in barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves for versatile service offerings. Exceptional communication skills for engaging with clients effectively and providing personalized recommendations. Demonstrated experience in store management or team mentoring to support a collaborative salon environment. Knowledge of upselling retail products while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
