We're hiring a dependable, hands-on Production Team Lead to help keep daily production and packaging operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working alongside a team, training employees, and helping meet production goals.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily production activities and assign tasks based on priorities.Support production and packaging operations to meet productivity and quality goals.Train and guide team members on procedures, equipment, safety, and quality standards.Monitor workflow, identify issues, and communicate concerns to management.Ensure proper product handling, packaging, and labeling.Follow food safety requirements, sanitation procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support teamwork.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required.Previous production, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience.Ability to lead by example and provide direction to coworkers.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Dependable attendance and attention to detail.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.Preferred Experience:Previous Team Lead or production leadership experience.Food manufacturing, food packaging, or GMP-regulated experience.Experience training employees and troubleshooting production issues.Interested?
