You will be attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests, ensuring that they will want to return and ultimately furthering our reputation. Responsibilities: Perform various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, making beds, etc. Provide our new guests with a "like new" clean Provide our stayover guests with daily refresh service and second day full cleaning Inspect all rooms and ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards Report any damages to the rooms Clean and maintain the public areas as instructed by the head housekeeper Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary Clean the rooms in a timely manner according to IHG standards Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations Qualifications: Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance Able to work as a team player and assist others in your department as needed Friendly, customer-oriented personality Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail Able to work quickly without compromising quality Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods #J-18808-Ljbffr
