Key Holder - Lead Customer Service & Cash Ops

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store management and drive exceptional customer service. You will coach the sales team to deliver personalized experiences and help achieve salestargets while managing essential cash handlings and opening/closing duties.
Prior retail cosmetics experience is preferred; strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends are required.
