A & Associates is currently hiring Guest Services Representatives for upcoming major sporting events and entertainment venues throughout the Houston area.

This is an exciting opportunity to work high profile events including professional football games, basketball games, international soccer events, festivals, concerts, and other large scale entertainment events.

General Labor Event Staff | Sports & Entertainment Events | $16/Hour

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Location: NRG Stadium

About the Position

A & Associates is currently hiring Event Staff Associates to support major sporting and entertainment events. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in fast paced environments and interacting with large crowds.

Selected candidates will assist with event operations, guest services, crowd management, setup and breakdown activities, and other event support functions. High performing team members may be selected for future FIFA World Cup event opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Help direct guests and provide customer service
• Support crowd flow and guest experience operations
• Assist with ticket scanning and entry operations when assigned
• Move equipment, barricades, tables, and supplies as needed
• Maintain a safe and professional environment
• Follow all venue and event policies
• Perform additional event support duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds when needed
• Must have a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong customer service skills preferred
• Ability to work in large crowds and busy event environments
• Reliable transportation required
