As a member of our established group of 20 Primary Care physicians, you will benefit from: A 4-day work week Minimal on-call responsibilities (primarily telephone) Teaching opportunities, if desired Mentorship and support from experienced colleagues Autonomy to shape your practice according to your interests This role is focused exclusively on outpatient care, although there are options for hospital shifts if you wish to explore that avenue. Position Details This is a full-time employed position with a pathway to partnership. Compensation The starting salary for this position is $298,000. Compensation may vary based on the specific requirements of the role, as well as factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Additionally, this position may qualify for a work RVU productivity bonus.
