United Fiber in Excelsior Springs, Cameron, or Smithville is looking to hire a full-time Sales Representative. This sales position earns a competitive total compensation between $75,000 and $85,000. A Day in the Life of a Sales Representative The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting product lines for United Services, Inc. and securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship‑based sales approach. They are accountable for achieving maximum sales growth and profitability by effectively selling products and tracking results. The Sales Representative treats customers as a priority, proactively anticipating current and potential future needs, and builds relationships with both business and residential customers. They work as an integral part of a team across all departments and must be a team player. Customer focus is the number one priority of this position. Qualifications for a Sales Representative High school diploma or equivalent Entry‑level 0 to 12 months sales experience Thorough knowledge of first‑aid and CPR Valid driver's license Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, or sit for prolonged periods of time and lift and carry up to 20 pounds A bachelor's degree and two or more years of experience are preferred but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.
