Duties and Responsibilities

• 100% compliance with all food safety practices
• Provide accountability to the Chick-fil-A way and enforce all policies, procedures, and systems
• Create & execute a proactive recruiting strategy
• Maintain a constant and adequate pipeline of applicants to meet the staffing needs of the restaurant
• Execute interview process with all candidates
• Ensure that all Human Resource requirements are met with each team member
• Oversee administrative processes for new hires and terminations
• Create and execute weekly plan & quarterly milestones
• Monthly business goals
• Member of Director team
• Actively participate in weekly L10, Quarterly & 2 Day Annual meetings
• End of month inventory
• Maintain Serve Safe Certification
• Reports to People Director

Starting pay $19/hour

Company Information

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
