Foreclosure Operations Specialist II

Newrez LLC in Tempe is seeking a Foreclosure Specialist II to monitor and process accounts in foreclosure. You will perform pre-foreclosure reviews, manage deadlines for notices and referrals, and collaborate with attorneys to advance the process. This role requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred), at least 2 years foreclosure experience, and proficiency with Black Knight/LPS, Outlook and Excel.
