Office Operations Assistant

Status :Full Time/Hourly Non-Exempt (40 hours/week; additional hours as needed to support organization and individual goals) Location : GPMI, Bad Axe Job Requirements Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization. Proficient computer skills (excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook). Advance organizational skills. Proficient problem-solving skills. Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers. Ability to use reason to solve problems. Job Summary Provide reliable support to all roles within the office. Assist Sales, Order Entry, Purchasing, Accounting, and Engineering on various tasks. Handle phone calls, emails, and data entry as needed. Job shadow most roles in the front office to aid when members are out of office. Essential Job Functions Provides customer service and support through phone conversations and emails. Assemble router packets for each job that is released to the manufacturing floor. Create Purchase Orders and log incoming Purchase Orders. Complete all processes within the AS400 and Webdocs to successfully process customer orders. Quote Briney Standards via the catalog and price book. Complete level one IT efforts Complete Inventory picks and help with shipping when needed. Perform Work Print updates, Dimensional Conversions, and Revision control. Assist Sales and Engineering with clerical tasks. Performs related duties as assigned by supervision. Learn Order Processing to support tasks for repeat orders. Spend time on the Manufacturing Floor to learn about GPMI’s processes and work mix. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gemini Group, Inc.
