Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Current SLP license to practice in Indiana (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to elementary-aged students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop IEPs tailored to student needs
• Engage and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Track progress and maintain documentation to support student growth and compliance
• Participate in professional development and interdisciplinary team meetings
