Job Overview
We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, works well under pressure, and takes pride in providing outstanding service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests.
Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
Verify guests' age and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
Process orders and payments accurately through the POS system.
Monitor guests responsibly and refuse service when necessary.
Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Wash glassware, restock supplies, and complete opening and closing duties.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Must meet all state and local requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
