About the Role

Quiñónez Agency is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive team member to join us as an Insurance Quoting Specialist & Sales Support Representative.

Your primary responsibility will be preparing insurance quotes and supporting our sales team. You'll help gather information, organize submissions, follow up on outstanding requirements, and make sure our producers have what they need to help customers.

However, we're a team-oriented agency. When quoting volume is low, you'll also be expected to assist with outbound calls, prospect follow-ups, and other sales-support activities. We're looking for someone who understands that everyone's contribution matters and that downtime is an opportunity to help the team.

This role combines quoting, administrative support, and outbound calling. You won't be expected to close sales independently, but you must be comfortable speaking with prospects and customers by phone.

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday

8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time

One-hour lunch from 12:00 PM–1:00 PM Central Time

Full-time position

Paid biweekly

Consistent availability during U.S. Central Time business hours is required.

• Quotes are prepared accurately and promptly.
• Missing information is followed up on without unnecessary delays.
• Sales agents receive complete, organized quote files.
• Outbound calls and follow-ups are completed during available time.
• CRM notes and task statuses remain current.
• Downtime is used productively.
• The employee works independently, communicates clearly, and contributes to the team's overall goals.

Responsibilities

Insurance quoting and submissions

• Prepare insurance quote submissions accurately and efficiently.
• Gather and organize customer information needed to obtain quotes.
• Identify missing information and follow up to keep submissions moving.
• Review quotes for completeness and accuracy.
• Organize proposals and prepare files for sales agents.
• Track quote status, outstanding requirements, and deadlines.

Outbound calls and sales support

• Make outbound calls to prospects when needed.
• Follow up with prospects to collect missing information and keep quote requests moving.
• Assist with lead follow-up and other calling activities during slower quoting periods.
• Help contact prospects who have not completed the information needed for a quote.
• Record calls, notes, and next steps in the agency's CRM.
• Support the team in keeping the sales pipeline active.

Team operations

• Maintain accurate records and follow established workflows.
• Communicate priorities, delays, and outstanding tasks to the team.
• Help improve quoting processes, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
• Protect confidential customer information and use only authorized systems and access.
• Take on other reasonable duties that support agency operations and growth.
