Registered Nurse Hospice

Role: Registered Nurse in hospice care, providing compassionate support in home and facility settings. Key Responsibilities Deliver skilled nursing, pain, and symptom management. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and social workers. Educate patients and families about care processes and disease management. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of care activities. Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support. Support the organization's mission of dignity, comfort, and respect at end of life. Qualifications And Skills Valid nursing license with relevant experience in hospice or palliative care preferred. Strong assessment and clinical skills, with the ability to develop personalized care plans. Excellent communication and emotional support abilities.
